If it is just monitoring the amount of time I am lying down that is useless when it is supposed to be tracking sleep quality. And even though I got out of bed at the time it says, I had been awake for awhile. It says I went to sleep 15 minutes before I even turned off the light and that I didn’t wake up when I really woke up 3 times. Wore it for the first time last night and the sleep data is WAY off. I just wish they worked right! It has potential to be so much better.
The tracker looks nice and has some really nice functions.
